In order to provide you with better services, please carefully read and fully understand the following "Sement Sports User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), fully understand the contents of each clause, and pay special attention to the terms of authorization, exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law and dispute resolution. And choose to accept or not accept. If you are under the age of 18, please read and fully understand this Agreement in the company of your legal guardian, and download/use Sement Sports related software or services after obtaining the consent of your legal guardian. If you object to any of the terms of this Agreement, you can choose not to download, install, register, log in, use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "use") any software or service provided by Sement Sports. Regardless of how you use any software service provided by Sement Sports, it is deemed that you have fully understood this Agreement and promised to fully accept all the terms of this Agreement as a party to this Agreement.
1.1 This agreement is an agreement between you and the operating affiliates of Sement Sports app and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Sement Sports") regarding your use of Sement Sports related software or services. "User" or "you" refers to the user of Sement Sports related software and services.
1.2 "Sement Sports related software or services" under this Agreement refers to the products, software and services provided by Sement Sports to users, including but not limited to online media, district interaction, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and advertising.
1.3 When you use a specific software or service of Sement Sports, the service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. that have been published or may be continuously published in the future (hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements or rules"). Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this Agreement and you shall also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the aforementioned business rules and separate agreements shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
2.1 Sement Sports provides you with but not limited to the following software or services: - All terminal client products and websites directly owned or operated by Sement Sports, including but not limited to PC, tablets, mobile phones, etc., such as Sement SportsApp, etc.; - Sement Sports directly owns or operates servers and network storage space; - other software, technology or services provided to you by Sement Sports.
2.2 You can use Sement Sports related software or services by downloading from pre-installed Sement Sports, downloading from third parties authorized by Sement Sports, etc. to obtain relevant client roasts or websites. If you do not obtain Sement Sports software or services through the aforementioned channels, but through any other channels, channels, or methods (including but not limited to accounts, recharges, client downloads, etc.), it is illegal and Sement Sports does not recognize its validity. Once discovered, Sement Sports has the right to immediately delete, clear, block, etc., and any adverse consequences caused by this will be borne by you.
2.3 Sement Sports may provide software updates or changes from time to time (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.). Sement Sports will prompt you to update, download or use the software by means including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, in-site messages, etc. You have the right to choose to accept updated versions or services. If you disagree or do not accept changes in Sement Sports related software or services, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel the use of the software. Otherwise, it will be deemed that you agree and accept the changes, and the behavior of agreeing and accepting is still subject to this Agreement.
2.4 You may only use Sement Sports related software or services for the purpose or method of legal use. Unless you obtain express prior written authorization from Sement Sports, you may not adapt, copy, disseminate, vertically search, mirror or trade Sement Sports related software or services in any form. Sement Sports grants you the right to use Sement Sports related software or services legally, personally, non-transferably, non-exclusively and non-commercially. All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are still reserved by Sement Sports. You must obtain written permission from Sement Sports when exercising these rights. At the same time, if Sement Sports does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
3.1 You can start using Sement Sports related software or services without registration. At the same time, you also understand that in order to enable you to better use the software or services related to Sement Sports and protect the security of your account, some functions and/or some individual service items require you to provide real identity information in accordance with the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, register with real name and log in before you can use them.
3.2 You understand and promise that the account you set shall not violate national laws and regulations and the relevant rules of Sement Sports, and shall not carry out any behavior that harms national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, and social morality. Your account name, avatar, profile and other registration information and other personal information shall not be illegal or unauthorized. You shall not open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to the use of the name, title, font size, avatar, etc. of others or organizations that are confusing) without the permission of others, and you shall not intentionally register Sement Sports accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.).
3.3 The ownership and relevant rights of your registered account in Sement Sports belong to Sement Sports. After completing the registration procedures, you only have the right to use the account. Your account is limited to your own use. Without the written consent of Sement Sports, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise allow others to use the account in any form. If Sement Sports finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, Sement Sports has the right to suspend or terminate the service to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to cancel the account without assuming legal responsibility to the user who registered the account.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password and bear all legal fees for activities you engage in under the name of your registered account, including but not limited to data modification, published remarks and other operations on Sement Sports.
3.5 When registering, using and managing your account, you should ensure the authenticity of the information you fill in when registering your account. Please use true, accurate, legal and valid necessary information when registering and managing your account [i.e. your email address, etc. If there are special provisions in the laws and regulations of your country, you need to fill in your true identity information. Please complete the real-name authentication in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations so that Sement Sports can contact you or provide you with better services when necessary, and pay attention to updating the above relevant information in a timely manner. If the materials or information you submit are inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or Sement Sports has reason to suspect that they are wrong, untrue or illegal, you may not be able to use Sement Sports related software or services, or some functions will be restricted during use.
3.6 In order to better provide you with services and ensure the security of your account, you agree and authorize: Sement Sports can initiate user identity authenticity, user mailbox validity status, etc. to the corresponding query agency based on your email information.
3.7 If your account number is stolen or lost due to malicious attacks by others, your own reasons or other force majeure factors, you will be responsible for it and Sement Sports will not bear any responsibility.
3.8 When you lose your account or password, you can log in to Sement Sports on your mobile phone, click "Login"-"Forgot Password" and reset your password according to the prompts; or you can contact the customer to help you retrieve your account or password in the Sement Sports APP "More"-"Feedback". You understand and acknowledge that the account or password retrieval mechanism of Sement Sports only requires you to enter the verification code in the email address you bind or the information you submit to the customer service is consistent with the system record data, and it cannot identify whether the person who appeals to retrieve the account or password is the real account authorized user. Sement Sports especially reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you have finished using it, you should log out safely. If your account is stolen or your password is lost due to improper custody or other force majeure, you will bear the corresponding responsibility.
3.9 If Sement Sports restricts you from using all or part of the functions of your account in accordance with this agreement and relevant rules, it may cause you certain losses. You understand that such losses shall be borne by you and Sement Sports shall not be responsible.
3.10 In order to improve the exposure and publishing efficiency of your content, you agree that all the content published by your account and corresponding account on this software/website is authorized by Sement Sports to be automatically synchronized and published to other software and websites operated by Sement Sports and/or its affiliates with your account. Your operations of publishing, modifying, and deleting content on this software/website will be synchronized to other software and websites in the above series. When you register or log in to other software products and websites operated by Sement Sports and/or its affiliates through a registered account or a third-party software user account (if any), you shall abide by the "User Agreement" and other agreement terms of the software and website itself.
3.11 You understand and agree that in order to make full use of account resources, if you fail to log in for the first time in time after registration or fail to log in to your account for more than one year, Sement Sports has the right to reclaim your account nickname.
Sement Sports and its users are committed to protecting user personal information (i.e., information that can identify a specific natural person independently or in combination with other information). Protecting user personal information is one of the basic principles of Sement Sports. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, Sement Sports will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual outside of Sement Sports without the user's consent.
4.1 Sement Sports will use appropriate security technologies and other security measures in Sement Sports-related software or services and establish a sound management system to protect your personal information.
4.2 When registering an account or using Sement Sports, users need to provide some necessary information, including but not limited to a valid email address, contact number, and identity information required by laws and regulations, exemplary documents (hereinafter referred to as "laws and regulations") and relevant competent authorities. If the information you fill in is incomplete or untrue, you may not be able to use Sement Sports-related software or services, or you may be restricted during use.
4.3 You understand and agree that for security and identity identification (such as account or home code retrieval and appeal services, etc.), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.
4.4 Sement Sports will not transfer or disclose user personal information to any unrelated third party unless one or more of the following circumstances apply:
4.4.1 Required by relevant laws and regulations or judicial, administrative and other national institutions;
4.4.2 Transferred to complete mergers, divisions, acquisitions or asset transfers;
4.4.3 Authorized by users or guardians of underage users;
4.4.4 Litigating or arbitrating against users to safeguard Sement Sports’s own legitimate rights and interests;
4.4.5 Necessary for Sement Sports and its affiliates to provide the services you requested;
4.4.6 Users disclose their personal information to third parties on their own;
4.4.7 Any leakage of personal information caused by users telling their user passwords to others or registering accounts and passwords with others, or other leakage of personal information not caused by Sement Sports;
4.4.8 Disclosure to third parties to detect harmful and fraudulent users, but Sement Sports should sign an agreement with the third party to ensure that the third party bears no less than this Agreement and Sement Sports’s obligations.
4.4.9 Any leakage of user personal information due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events;
4.4.10 Other reasonable circumstances.
4.5 Users agree that Sement Sports may use the user's personal information in the following matters:
4.6 Please be careful not to disclose your various property accounts/accounts, bank cards, credit card third-party payment accounts and corresponding passwords and other important information or important materials that you consider sensitive when using Sement Sports and related services, otherwise any losses caused by this will be borne by you.
4.7 Sement Sports attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Sement Sports will rely on the personal information provided by users to determine whether the user is a minor. Any minor under the age of 18 who registers an account or uses the services under this Agreement must obtain the consent of the legal guardian in advance or register on his or her behalf. If the user is unable to independently assume the legal liability of this Agreement, the corresponding legal liability shall be borne by his or her legal guardian. Except for the provisions of laws and regulations and the instructions of the competent authorities, Sement Sports will not use or disclose the chat records and other personal information of minors to any third party. Except for the exceptions agreed in this Agreement, Sement Sports will not use or disclose the personal information of minors to any third party without the prior consent of the guardian.
4.8 You can also read Sement Sports' "Privacy Policy" to learn more about how Sement Sports collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information and what rights you enjoy.
5.1 Unless permitted by law or with the prior written permission of Sement Sports, you may not use Sement Sports related software or services to engage in the following activities:
5.1.1 Use any software, plug-in, external device, system or third-party tool not authorized or licensed by Sement Sports to interfere with, damage, modify or otherwise affect the normal operation of Sement Sports related software or services.
5.1.2 Use Sement Sports related software or services to submit, produce, upload, make, publish, disseminate or reprint the following content:
5.1.3 Use or target Sement Sports related software or services to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to:
5.1.3.1 Use unauthorized data or access unauthorized server accounts;
5.1.3.2 Access public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and delete, modify, or add stored information;
5.1.3.3 Attempt to detect, scan, or test the weaknesses of the system or network of Sement Sports related software or services without permission, or perform other behaviors that undermine network security;
5.1.3.4 Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the system or website of Sement Sports related software or services, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that undermine and interfere with normal network information services;
5.1.3.5 Illegal intrusion into other people's networks, interference with the normal functions of other people's networks: stealing network data and other activities that endanger network security;
5.1.3.6 Providing programs and tools specifically used to engage in activities that endanger network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, stealing network data;
5.1.3.7 Knowing that others are engaged in activities that endanger network security, providing them with technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement and other assistance;
5.1.3.8 Forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names;
5.1.4 Reverse engineering, reverse compilation or other attempts to discover the source code of Sement Sports related software;
5.1.5 Malicious registration and use of Sement Sports accounts, including but not limited to frequent and batch registration of accounts, establishment of false accounts, intentional impersonation of others, etc.;
5.1.6 Submitting or publishing false information, or stealing other people's avatars or information to impersonate any person or organization, or lying or misleading in any way to make people mistakenly believe that they are related to any person or organization;
5.1.7 Force or induce other users to follow, click on linked pages or share information;
5.1.8 Fabricate facts or conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;
5.1.9 Use Sement Sports' accounts or services under this Agreement to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
5.1.10 Produce or publish methods or tools related to the above behaviors, or operate or disseminate such methods or tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;
5.1.11 Violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, Sement Sports' relevant rules, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, or other behaviors not explicitly authorized by Sement Sports.
5.2 You agree to abide by the separate agreements or rules of the specific software or services you use and other usage specifications, agreements or systems issued by Sement Sports and related companies regarding the use of Sement Sports-related software or services.
5.3 Minors under the age of 18 should obtain the consent of their guardians when using Sement Sports-related software or services, and use them under the supervision and guidance of their guardians. If any underage user violates laws and regulations or the contents of this Agreement when using Sement Sports, the user and his/her guardian shall bear all the consequences caused thereby in accordance with the law.
5.4 Without the written permission of Sement Sports, no person or organization shall, by itself or by authorizing, allowing or assisting other persons or organizations, copy, read, grab or use any information content in Sement Sports-related software or services (nor shall it be edited and modified without authorization for use) for commercial purposes including but not limited to publicity, increasing reading volume, page views, etc.
5.5 Sement Sports has the right to review and supervise the user's use of Sement Sports related software or services. If Sement Sports has reason to believe that the user has violated any of the above provisions when using Sement Sports related software or services, Sement Sports or its authorized persons or institutions have the right to make independent judgments and take technical means to delete, block, or disconnect the link at any time without any notice. At the same time, Sement Sports has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting, freezing or terminating the use of Sement Sports accounts, and pursuing relevant legal responsibilities depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
6.1 Without the written permission of Sement Sports, you shall not, by yourself or authorize, allow or assist any third party to perform the following acts on the information content of Sement Sports software and related services under this Agreement:
6.2 With the written permission of Sement Sports, your sharing and forwarding of the information content of Sement Sports software and related services shall also comply with the following specifications:
(1) The relevant search hot words, hit rate classification, search volume, click-through rate, reading volume and other related data captured, counted and obtained shall not be publicly provided or disclosed to any third party in any way without the prior written consent of Sement Sports;
(2) The source web pages of Sement Sports software and related services shall not be modified in any form, including but not limited to the homepage (profile page) link of Sement Sports software and related services, advertising system link and other entrances, nor shall the display of the source pages of Sement Sports software and related services be blocked, inserted, popped up or otherwise obstructed in any form;
(3) Safe, effective and strict measures shall be taken to prevent Sement Sports from the information content of Scores software and related services being illegally obtained by a third party through any form including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(4) The relevant data content shall not be used for purposes other than the written permission of Sement Sports, for any form of sales and commercial use, or disclosed, provided or allowed to be used by third parties in any way;
(5) The sharing, forwarding and copying of stock software and related service information content to any third party shall comply with other specifications and standards formulated by Sement Sports for this purpose.
7.1 Sement Sports respects and encourages users to create and share content. Unless Sement Sports has otherwise agreed with you, the copyright of all original content you publish and upload in Sement Sports related software or services belongs to the author himself, and the author may authorize a third party to use it in any form without the consent of Sement Sports. You agree to grant Sement Sports a permanent, free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use the above content worldwide and a complete sublicense (multi-level) right; Sement Sports has the right to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based on, disseminate, perform and display the content (in whole or in part), and/or use the content for, including but not limited to, Sement Sports or other websites, applications, products or terminal devices. You further agree that Sement Sports has the right to take any necessary legal action in its own name or entrust a third party to take any necessary legal action against the infringement of the above rights, including but not limited to civil lawsuits, administrative complaints, platform complaints, etc., and obtain relief available under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 The logos, layouts, typeset, texts, pictures, graphics, audio, video, ideas, patterns, etc. contained in the software or services related to Sement Sports are protected by copyright, trademark rights and other laws. Without the written consent of the relevant rights holders (including Sement Sports and other original rights holders), the above content shall not be directly or indirectly published, used (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading through any robot, spider or other program or device), rewritten or reissued for the purpose of publication or use, or used for any other commercial behavior on any platform.
7.3 For the content published or uploaded on Sement Sports, you shall ensure that you are the copyright owner or have obtained the legal authorization of the copyright owner or other rights holders who have legal rights to the above content, and that the content will not infringe the legal rights of any third party. If a third party raises an objection to copyright or other legal rights, Sement Sports has the right to delete the relevant content according to the actual situation and has the right to pursue your legal liability. If you cause losses to Sement Sports or any third party, you shall be responsible for full compensation.
7.4 Sement Sports has full rights to all data and information generated during the development or operation of Sement Sports related software or services.
8.1 During your use of Sement Sports related software or services, you fully understand and agree that: this service may include information, advertising or brand promotion services launched by Sement Sports for individuals or enterprises. You agree that Sement Sports has the right to display commercial advertisements, promotions or information (including commercial or non-commercial information) of Sement Sports and/or third-party suppliers and partners in Sement Sports related software or services.
8.2 If you disagree with any advertisement, you have the right to choose to click the "X" in the lower left corner of the advertisement to close the advertisement information or stop using Sement Sports related software or services.
8.3 Sement Sports performs advertising and promotion related obligations in accordance with legal provisions. You shall judge the authenticity and reliability of any advertisement or promotion information on your own and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the purchase, transaction or damage or loss you suffer due to the advertisement or promotion information or the aforementioned content shall be borne by the user, and Sement Sports shall not be liable.
9.1 If Sement Sports discovers or receives reports or complaints from others that a user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, Sement Sports has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information, chat, and transaction records, at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the violating account, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, device bans, function bans, deletion or blocking of published information, and suspension of service provision, depending on the severity of the case.
9.2 Users banned for violating the user agreement will not be automatically unblocked. You can submit an appeal to Sement Sports, which will review the appeal and make a reasonable decision on whether to change the penalty measures.
9.3 The user understands and agrees that Sement Sports has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates the law and regulations, and save relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations and report to relevant departments, etc. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
9.4 The user understands and agrees that the user shall compensate Sement Sports and its partners and affiliates for any claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, claimed by any third party due to or arising from the user's violation of this Agreement, and shall protect them from damage.
10.1 Sement Sports does not guarantee that the software or services related to Sement Sports: fully meet the user's usage requirements or expectations; timely, safe, reliable or error-free; any errors will be corrected.
10.2 Sement Sports has the right to modify, update, interrupt or terminate the software or services related to Sement Sports after prior notice, without being responsible to the user or assuming any compensation liability.
10.3 Sement Sports cannot guarantee the correctness of the content published, uploaded, disseminated or reproduced by users in software or services related to Sement Sports.
10.4 The content published, uploaded, disseminated or reproduced by users in software or services related to Sement Sports only expresses their personal positions and opinions, and does not represent the position or opinions of Sement Sports. Users are responsible for the above content. For all disputes arising from the above content, the user shall bear all legal and joint liabilities, and Sement Sports shall not bear any legal and joint liabilities.
10.5 For any network information, account passwords, loans, advertising or promotion information involving property, users should treat it with caution and make their own judgments. Sement Sports shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive compensation liability for the loss of profits, business reputation, data or other tangible or intangible losses you suffer due to the above reasons.
10.6Sement Sports does not assume any responsibility for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of Sement Sports (including but not limited to: viruses, Trojans, malicious program attacks, network problems, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, bank reasons, third-party service defects, government actions, natural disasters, etc.), but will try its best to reduce the losses and impacts caused to users.
10.7 Sement Sports obtains the right to deal with illegal and irregular content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Sement Sports. Sement Sports cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal and irregular behavior or corresponding treatment. Sement Sports will comply with relevant laws and regulations.
10.8 You understand and agree that Sement Sports does not provide any kind of express or implied warranty or condition, including but not limited to commercial merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc., with respect to Sement Sports software and related services. You shall bear the corresponding risks for your use of Sement Sports software and related services.
10.9You understand and agree that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. Sement Sports will make every effort to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but it does not guarantee that Sement Sports' judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative agencies. You have understood and agreed to bear the consequences of this.
10.10 In any case, Sement Sports will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or penal damages, including loss of profits caused by your use of Sement Sports software and related services. The total liability of Sement Sports to you, regardless of the reason or the mode of behavior, will never exceed the fees (if any) you paid to Sement Sports for the use of Sement Sports software and related services.
11.1 Sement Sports software and related services contain information or links to information content obtained by Sement Sports in various legal ways, and also include other single services legally operated by Sement Sports and/or its affiliates. You can open and use the above single services in the Sement Sports software. Some single services may require you to accept the agreements specially formulated for this purpose or other rules that bind you and the provider of the single service. If necessary, these agreements and rules will be provided to you in a conspicuous manner when you plan to use the aforementioned one-way services for your review and agreement. Once you start using the above services, it is deemed that you understand and accept the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for the single services. If the term of use is not indicated, or the term of use is not indicated as "permanent", "indefinite" or "unlimited", the term of use of these products or services is from the date you start using the product or service to the date when the product or service is offline in the Sement Sports software.
11.2 If you use software or related services provided by a third party in the Sement Sports software, in addition to complying with this Agreement and the relevant rules of Sement Sports, you may also need to agree to and comply with the third party's agreement, privacy policy and related rules. Any disputes, losses or damages arising from third-party software and related services shall be resolved by you and the third party, and Sement Sports shall not bear any responsibility to you or any third party in this regard.
12.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of mainland China. Sement Sports has the right to modify or change the terms of this Agreement in accordance with changes in the performance environment or changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to business development needs. Once the content of this Agreement changes, Sement Sports will publish the modified agreement on the Sement Sports software before the agreement takes effect, and such publication shall be deemed as Sement Sports notifying the user of the modified content. Sement Sports may also use email or private messages to notify Sement Sports of changes to the user agreement, service changes, or other important matters. You can also check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the website homepage or software settings page. If you do not agree with the changes made by Sement Sports to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right and should stop using Sement Sports related software or services. If the user continues to use Sement Sports related software or services, it is deemed that the user accepts the changes made by Sement Sports to the relevant terms of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of the country where it is located, these terms will be re-interpreted as close to the original meaning of this agreement as possible, and the other provisions of this agreement shall still have full validity and effect.
12.2 Sement Sports has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement based on changes in the performance environment or changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to business development needs. Once the content of this Agreement is changed, Sement Sports will publish the modified Agreement on the Sement Sports software before the Agreement takes effect. This publication behavior is deemed that Sement Sports has notified the user of the modified content. Sement Sports can also use email or private message to remind Sement Sports of changes to the user agreement, service changes, or other important matters. You can also check the latest version of the agreement terms on the website homepage or software settings page. If you do not agree with the changes made by Sement Sports to the relevant terms of this Agreement, the user has the right and should stop using Sement Sports related software or services. If the user continues to use Sement Sports related software or services, it is deemed that the user accepts the changes made by Sement Sports to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
12.3 The titles in this Agreement are for convenience and reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Agreement. The copyright of this Agreement belongs to Sement Sports, and Sement Sports reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
